Group Structure
Established in 1967 as a construction company focusing on Government contracts in the housing, education and health sectors in Northern Ireland, McAleer & Rushe has now evolved into a construction, development, investment and manufacturing Group covering the UK and Irish markets. The manufacturing operation comprises Keystone Lintels and Keylite Roof Windows, both of which have experienced significant growth in market share in their respective sectors. In total the Group comprises approximately 70 inter-related companies which together achieve consistently strong profits on the back of annual revenue of almost £200m pa.

The Management Team are supported by a highly skilled and experienced workforce across it’s construction, finance and property departments. The skill set and intellectual knowledge contained within the Company provides the ability to manage a project from inception to completion to include site acquisition, design, planning, construction, funding, letting and disposal.

Quality Assurance
McAleer & Rushe has achieved ISO 9001 and Safe-T-Cert accreditation. A quality assurance manager is employed to monitor working practices and implementation of procedures and training as necessary. At this point the Company is working towards ISO 16001 accreditation.
